What is so special about this game? A game about Portuguese expeditions to an Indian island called Goa.
Each player has two own playing boards (idea taken from Puerto Rico?): one development chart and one warehouse chart. Each player plays individually in each second phase of the round in which they can do several actions. The first phase is used for bidding on several auction tiles which are useful in the second round.
Goa is quite nice to play once you have understood the game mechanism. Because interaction is partly missing, one has to decide for himself how to get as many victory points as possible...
